		<description>I&#039;m not trying to hint that educational qualification is everything - if that&#039;s the case, then I&#039;m a useless person :P But that should be a humbling experience. It precludes the excuse that &quot;we know governance better than you do&quot;, &quot;we need to subsidize this and that&quot;, or &quot;you should buy more local goods&quot;, so on and so forth.

Perhaps this should be followed by a list of bureaucrats and their educational qualifications - education matters more in the context of bureaucracy :P</description>
