It precludes the excuse that "we know governance better than you do", "we need to subsidize this and that", or "you should buy more local goods", so on and so forth. Perhaps this should be followed by a list of bureaucrats and their educational qualifications - education matters more in the context of bureaucracy :P I’m not trying to hint that educational qualification is everything – if that’s the case, then I’m a useless person :P But that should be a humbling experience.
